Jumper in Open Lacy Stitch
For sunny winter days here is an attractive jumper made on sporting lines in an open lacy stitch. It sports the new laced neckline and a fashionable wide welt. The open-work makes it suitable to wear on a warm day, and it is ideal for sporting wear.
MATERIALS: Six ounces of crochet wool, one yard of fine silk cord, and a pair of Nos 5 and 11 needles are required for the making. The original was made in a bright Marina blue and laced with white silk cord, but it would be equally attractive in red and white or green.
MEASUREMENTS: Shoulder to lower edge, 19in., bust (unstretched), 34in., length of sleeve, 22 inches.
Editor note: No yarn weight or gauge is given.
