Jumper in Waistcoat Style
The jumper made somewhat after the style of a waistcoat is always popular because it not only looks well when worn without a jacket, but also when worn beneath one. And when it has the added attraction of unusual sleeves and edging it becomes an acquisition lo be valued. This vest-style jumper has sleeves fashionably puffed at the shoulderline, and the scalloped edging is something new.
