Designed in honor of the Junction Fiber Mill team in honor of the release of their new yarn, Roots!
Simple to knit and even simpler to wear, the Junction Twist cowl is the perfect layering piece to grab and go. The simple knitting is perfect for letting special yarns shine, and the small colorwork sections (no catching floats!) are great for beginners.
Begin with a provisional cast-on, work the length of the cowl, and graft with a moebius twist. Included back neck shaping adds extra warmth and coverage on your neck, or flip the widened section to the front and for extra warmth near your face as the slimmer portion sits nicely under coat collars with little bulk. The cowl can also be worked straight with no shaping as a simpler mindless knit!
