June Sock
June Sock is an easy and fast knitted project with classic heel flap. You may choose between three different combinations of hole pattern (A, B and C) ranging from easy to more difficult.
The pattern is ideal for single color or semi color fingering yarn.
You work cuff down using a few simple yet beautiful combinations of stitches to create a hole pattern across the sock. You will use both charts and written instructions to guide you through the project.
Available sizes: One size pattern (58 sts) of a foot with circumference of 8- 9”/20-23cm around. Size may be modified by changing cast-on sts (by multiples 2). Length on leg and foot are adjustable. Feel free to laborate with length and width
MATERIALS
Fingering yarn, Total yardage for two socks is 274 yards/250m (with no extra leg length)
Gauge: 30 stitches in stockinette sts = 4”/10cm. Gauge will affect the result (size and yardage).
Needles: A set of double-pointed needles (DPN) or circular needles in size US1.5/2.5mm (or needle size needed to obtain gauge)
Extras: one BOR marker, one darning needle to weave in yarn ends, tape measure
