Magic loop:
Make a loop with the short end of yarn under the longer of yarn, pull the long end from behind and under bringing it back up, ch 1, work desired number of stitches over both ends, pull short tail through the center and pull until hole is closed. Weave end the end to keep from loosening.
Sewing:
Some simple sewing for the faces and the assembling of squares is required.
I used the mattress stitch to join the squares, but the whip stitch will work also.
French knot for the eyes
straight stitch for the mouth
