Juno Vest has a very distinctive back-conscious design. In contrast to the minimal front side, it has a large opening closed with a ribbon. You can wear it layered with anything you like, and arranging the ribbon might be fun! I hope you enjoy it in your own style.

It is worked from the bottom up, back and forth in one piece. It starts from the hem upwards to the underarms. Then the body is divided into the front and left and right backs. The backs are first worked separately with shaping the back opening until two parts are joined. Also, the armhole ridges are worked at the same time.
The front is worked upwards to the shoulders with armhole and neckline shaping. The shoulders are shaped with German Short Rows for a better fit and joined using 3-needle bind-off. Once the shoulders are complete, the neckband is worked in 1×1 ribbing.
After that, stitches are picked up around the back opening for the edging and worked back and forth. Then they are bound off and doubled with a crochet hook. Lastly, the long ribbon is worked with a double knitting method.

The sizes are to fit a bust circumference of approx. 76-81 (82-87, 88-93, 94-99, 100-105) (108-113, 116-121, 125-130, 134-139) cm / 30-32 (32.25-34.25, 34.5-36.5, 37-39, 39.25-41.25) (42.5-44.5, 45.5-47.5, 49.25-51.25, 52.75-54.75) inches.

Juno Vest (ジュノ ベスト)は, バックコンシャスなデザインが特徴的なベストです. ミニマムなデザインの前身頃に対して, 後ろ身頃には大きな背中の開きとリボンを仕立てました. 自由にレイヤードスタイルを楽しめ, またリボンの結び方をアレンジして着るのも楽しいのではないでしょうか. 自分なりのスタイルを楽しんでもらえると嬉しいです.

ボトムアップの往復編みで編んでいきます. 裾のリブから編み始めて脇下まで編んだら, 前身頃と左右の後ろ身頃に分けます. 後ろ身頃は背中の開きを作るため左右別々に編みはじめ, その後左右をつなげます. その際, アームホールリッジも同時に編んでいきます. 前身頃はアームホールとネックラインを形成しながら肩まで編みます. 肩はジャーマンショートロウで形作り, 3-needle bind-off で閉じます. ネックバンドは1目ゴム編みで編みます. 背中の開きに沿って目を拾い, 往復編みで編んだらかぎ針を使用して折りたたみながら目を伏せます. 最後にダブルニッティングの技法でリボンを編みます.
