Jussssst Warmth Cowl
These friendly snakes slither down the collar as the field spreads to lay over the shoulders and chest, laying smooth under a coat or over a sweater. Double-over the collar, or pull it up to guard your nose against the chill.
Worked in the round on 16” circular needles, this pattern includes both written and chart instructions.
Written in One Size designed to fit an adult approx S-L, the pattern includes a worksheet for easy adaptation to any size.
Any DK yarn or worsted yarn will work, and again the adaptation worksheet is there should you want to use a fingering or even a Bulky weight as well. The 2 samples were made in Madelinetosh Hand Dyed Hot Toddy and Caron Simply Soft Autumn Red.
Notions needed: 2 cable needles, 1 stitch marker.
Errata April 16, 2021: pg 7, Motif: Your Gauge - the first line should read “4 inches = ___ Rows Stockinette”
Note: though this garment can cover the face it is not intended, nor would it be sufficient, as a protective mask.
