I called this “just a little” because that’s all you need of the special to make a large shawl where it’s the special yarn that’s the star. (Handspun or Spincycle work well)

You also need approximately 3x that amount of a MC (in a similar weight, but doesn’t have to be identical) - I generally used sport weight for the special yarn and DK for the MC.

The stitch is very easy to work making this a relaxing knit (perfect for while watching all the upcoming sports events) and you will be most welcome if you’d like to join the stitchnerds team
