JUST BACK AND FORTH is a loose fitting cowl that is knit just forth and back => in rows ! That means knit stitches only, no purling. And – that´s the best – there is no sewing !
You can use any yarn and any needle and work it in any gauge. I recommend working stripes so you can see the unique construction. I chose a super soft suri alpaca and a self striping yarn that does all the magic and guarantees lots of knitting fun.
The cowl is an easy to knit project and very suitable for beginners.

JUST BACK AND FORTH ist ein locker sitzender Cowl, der ausschließlich in Reihen nur rechts gestrickt und trotzdem nicht zusammen genäht werden muss ! Man orientiert sich am eigenen Kopfumfang plus etwas Zugabe für den lässig lockeren Fall - der Umfang bestimmt dann auch die Länge in der vorderen und hinteren Mitte. Der Cowl kann aus jedem Garn und mit jeder Nadelstärke gestrickt werden. Streifen bringen jedoch die Konstruktion besonders zur Geltung.
