Just breathe is knit from the bottom up in the round. Measuring 17.5 inches wide x 14 inches tall.

You could easily make this wider, taller or shorter. You will need more yarn to make this cowl bigger than dimensions given.

Any fingering weight yarn will work as long as you can get gauge. I used a single ply for this pattern.

Yarn used: The Wicked Knittah mini fade sets. Approximately 370-400 yards were used.

I give directions on how to fade between 5 colors. You can use 1 color to as many as you would like. The options are limitless. You will need to do a little bit of math if using less than 5 skeins or more than.
