This pattern is sized for small adult with a finished measurement of 67” cuff to cuff after blocking. In this version, the cuff is long, about 3.50” from the wrist to knuckles. These measurements can be modified for a personalized fit. The hood is tall and deep enough so as not to pull shoulders up.

I designed this for my daughter who is 5’ 7-1/2” tall. Sleeve and/or cuff length can be modified. I wear an adult medium and the shrug fits me also.
