Sometimes, you just want a basic hat. And sometimes, you just want to knit from your stash. Just The Hats, Ma’am includes basic winter beanies knit with four different yarn weights, in three sizes each.

Finished Size: Three sizes per hat: 20”, 22”, 24” circumference. All sizes will stretch an inch to two inches.
Yarn: Any sport, dk, worsted, or bulky you have on hand. Yardage used varies by yarn weight and size. Medium sizes take approximately (Sport to Bulky) 150, 140, 110, 85 yards.

Needles: Set of 5 double-pointed needles or 16” circular needles
Size 3/3.25mm for Sport,
Size 5/3.75mm for DK,
Size 7/4.5mm for Worsted,
Size 9/5.5mm for Bulky,
Or size to make gauge.

Gauge: 6 (Sport), 5 (DK), 4 (Worsted), 3 (Bulky) stitches to the inch in blocked stockinette. Row gauge is not critical as measurements are given rather than number of rows.
