The cuffs, waistband and neckband are K2P2, while the main body is K3P3. Options for a button neck and a crew neck are available.

It makes for a quite stretchy garment, and the two sizes will fit a large (6’) to very large man (6’3’ and solid).

The wool I use is handspun, and reversed through the spinner so it’s not tight, but varies in thickness. For the large jumpers I have combined two thin threads to create a two ply which is more even in colour, thickness and strength.

Twenty (approx) 75 gm balls of yarn are used on the very large pattern. It’s a thick, heavy jumper. But for a large chap, it’s not an issue.
