Kai Fingerless Gloves

Simple construction based on a combination of twisted rib and lace panel on the front of the gloves. The length is easy to adjust by the numbers of pattern repeats.

The pattern is written to be worked using the magic loop but you can easily rearrange the stitches for Dpns.

Level: easy/ intermediate

One size (women’s medium)
Total length: 10 3/4”/ 27 cm

Yarn:

Drops Alpaca, 100% alpaca, 183 yds/ 50 g, color: 0501, light grey mix (one skein). Weight 4 ply.

Baah La Jolla 100% superwash merino, 400 yds/ 115 g, color: obsidian.

Gauge: 21 sts and 18 rows = 2”/ 5 cm in twisted rib after blocking

Needles:
2.50 mm (US size 1.50) circular needles and DPNs (for thumb) or size needed to obtain gauge.
