The Kailyard Shawl contains motifs of Shetland’s rock walls, bees, blossoms, vines and waves. A circular shawl, in this case a pi shawl, is a fitting tribute to gardening, one of the simplest earthly pleasures.

This ambitious shawl is quite large and a pleasure to both work on and to wear.
