Inspiration
When fate takes away from our lives wonderful hands that will no longer knit for us, we will be left with their knitted garments, which we keep as treasures in our closets. However, sometimes life surprises you and gives you the opportunity to have new people knitting for you. This is the story which inspired this pattern.

What do you need to know?
To knit, purl, make increases and decreases. To work in the round.

Sizes
1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) with final measurement of the sweater after blocking of bust width of 92 (100, 116, 124, 132, 140, 148, 164, 172, 180) cm/ 36.75 (40, 46.5, 49.5, 52.75, 56, 59.25, 65.5 68.75, 72)“. A positive ease of 10-20 cm/ 4-8” is recommended.

Materials

• Yarn: Katia Air Lux– 50gr; 300 m (328 yds). 70% viscose, 30% Merino Superwash Wool
• Amount for the dress/ sweater: 6 (6, 8, 8, 8, 10, 10, 10, 12, 12) skeins of 50 gr.
• Pattern is work with two strands held together
• Total in m: 1800 (1800, 2400, 2400, 2400, 3000, 3000, 3000, 3600, 3600) m
• Total in yds: 1968 (1968, 2624, 2624, 2624, 3280, 3280, 3280, 3936, 3936) yds
• Other yarn suggestions Ej: Katia Concept Alpaca Lace, Viking Gran Bambino.
• Circular 4mm (US 6 ) needle with at least 80 cm/ 32” cable to work flat.
• 4mm (US 6) Double pointed needles or short circular needles to work the collar and the sleeves in the round. (optional)
• 8 Markers. A different marker for the BOR.
• Stitch holder or waste yarn
• Tapestry needle

Gauge
In a 10x10 cm (4x4 in) gauge you should have 15 sts and 30 rounds worked in the round in lace pattern.

Construction notes
The sweater has a seamless raglan construction and is worked from top to bottom. The collar will be finished later, to give it more structure. The pattern consists of the following sections:

• Agujas circulares de 4 mm con cable de 40 cm para la parte del cuello y de por lo menos 80 cm para la parte del cuerpo
• Agujas de doble punta o circulares de 4 mm con cable pequeño para tejer las mangas en redondo
• 8 Marcadores para delimitar partes, 1 Marcador distinto para IV.
• Imperdible o hilo adicional para dejar puntos en espera
• Aguja lanera para coser los laterales

Tejido de Muestra
En una muestra circular de 10 x 10 cm obtendrás 15 puntos por 30 vueltas con una aguja de 4 mm. Teje la muestra en punto del esquema y bloquéala

Notas de construcción
El sweater tiene una construcción ranglán sin costuras y trabajada de arriba abajo. El cuello se completará a posteriori, para darle más estructura. El patrón consta de las siguiente secciones:
