Kala kala shawl

Kala kala means colorful in Hawaiian. The colors are a gentle reminder of the island of Honolulu and its flora.

This enveloping shawl is a succession of three patterns. You have the possibility to make it longer according to your desires. This pattern is easy to adapt seventh or eighth color. To do this, just repeat section 2.

For this shawl, I used six colors : three full colors and three low colors.

This shawl uses various techniques including the elongated stitch which will charm you.

This shawl does not require much attention. You can have fun using different yarn sizes.
