Kaleidoscope Baby Blanket
This fun baby afghan was inspired by a quilt I saw on Pinterest. I loved the rainbow colors, and I love the quilted Prairie Star done in crochet.
This pattern is an intermediate crochet pattern. If you can read US crochet abbreviations and work single, double, and treble crochets, you can do this pattern.
It’s a great stash buster. For the colors part, I just used remnants of what I had on hand.
For the white part, you’ll need about 700 yards - and for the colors, you’ll need about 80 yards of the center colors, 110 yards of the middle colors, and 150 yards of the outside colors.
I worked this in Vanna’s Choice because it’s what I had - but for an even softer version, perfect for baby, I would even recommend Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Yarn.
Finished measurements = approx 36” from flat side to flat side, 44” from point to point.
