Any 10-ply yarn is okay for these. My gauge always tends to be quite loose. Many of you might find 3.75mm-4.0mm needles best for the pattern, even though I myself used 3,5mm needles.

This pattern is a sort of tribute to Susie Roger’s Reading mitts. I love the pattern, but I haven’t (yet) knitted them. My pattern reminds me of them. Reading mitts are a lot prettier, though. ;)
