Kanerva will keep you warm and cosy through the cold days. It’s a simple dress with beautiful and simple cable yoke.

Body and sleeves are worked in the round from lower edge to underarm. Body and sleeves are then joined and yoke is worked in the round. Pattern and decreases are worked from chart.

Sizes XS/S (M, L , XL) Recommended ease: 1.6” (4 cm) of positive ease.

MATERIALS:

Yarn: Drops Brushed Alpaca Silk (77% alpaca, 23% silk, 140 meters / 153 yards per 25 gram), You need approx. 7 (8, 8, 9) skeins.

Needles: US 21/2 (3mm) and US 4 (3.5mm) 24” (60cm) or longer circular needles and dpns. Adjust the needle size to get the correct gauge.

Other notions: Stitch markers, tapestry needle and scrap yarn or 4 stitch holders.

GAUGE:

20 stitches and 28 rows with the larger needles = 4” (10 cm) in stockinette stitch (after blocking).
