I have great admiration for photographers. I love photos with interesting prps, so, naturally, I had to design one. This is my take on it. This would make a fantastic photo prop for baby’s special photo shoot. This pouch is so easy and quick to make, you’ll finish it in no time!

SIZE:
This is suitable for babies up to 2 months of age, with a maximum weight of 8lbs (3.6 kg)

MATERIALS REQUIRED:
• 150g bulky/12-ply yarn in any colour of your choice
• Size 6 mm (Size J) crochet hook

SAFETY ISSUES:
PLEASE ensure baby is closely monitored whilst in a pouch. Never leave babies unattended in a pouch and do not cover their faces with it. Thank you.

This pattern is very easy to follow, but a good knowledge of crochet stitches is required. It is written using American stitch instructions, therefore you will need to adjust them for the UK or European stitches. However, once you get the hang of it, it is very easy to follow. I have given the European equivalent at the start.
