Amber was the FreshStitches Mystery CAL for June 2013
It’s a Kangaroo! Isn’t she lovely? And she even sports an adorable little joey in her pouch!
Amber measures 14” tall when completed with a worsted weight yarn. You can make her bigger or smaller by using thicker or thinner yarn.
To complete this pattern, you will need:
- Size H (5.0mm) hook, or size to get a nice-looking fabric
- 350 yards of worsted weight yarn
- A pair of 12mm plastic craft eyes
- Polyester stuffing
- Tapestry needle
- Black felt
You’ll need to be able to:
- single crochet
- increase
- decrease
- work in rows
This is an intermediate pattern, requiring more assembly steps than a typical FreshStitches pattern.
As always, this pattern comes with oodles of step-by-step photos!
