Kapelette is a deep turtleneck capelet with a twisted drawstring at the neck. It is worked in the round from the top down. It starts from the neck, and then before the body is started, a single short row is worked to turn the work inside out so that the mock cable rib stitch pattern is only ever worked on the right side. The body can be lengthened to be more of a poncho by continuing to work in stitch pattern to the desired length. Please be aware that this will require more yarn.

SIZES & FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
1 (2, 3, 4)
Neck circumference (approx): 56 (61, 65, 69)cm/ 22 (24, 25.5, 27)”
Bottom edge circumference (to fit shoulders and chest): 112 (122, 129, 140)cm/ 44 (48, 51, 55)”
