The pattern has instructions for both cuff down and toe up socks and is written for magic loop, but can easily be modified for double pointed needles.

S (56 sts foot, 58 sts leg), M (64 sts) and L (72 sts)

Yarn

100 g of fingering weight yarn, app. 400 m/ 437 yds per 100 g. The sample socks were knitted with Filcolana Arwetta Classic (80% Merino, 20% Nylon) in colourway 352 Red Squirrel, 210 m/ 230 yds per 50 g.

Gauge

36 sts x 48 rows = 10x10 cm/ 4x4 inches in stockinette stitch after blocking
