Kardemumma
Kardemumma is a slightly slouchy hat with a 2-colour stitch pattern.
Play with colours. For example, change one or both pattern colours 2 - 4 cm before decreases. Or, alternate colours as stripes. Combine a solid and a tweedy shade: in the model the grey shade is a colour of Tvinni Tweed.
The stitch pattern has a chart. The size can be altered with more or less pattern stitch repeats of 5 stitches.
Tension in stranded stockinette stitch is 24 sts / 10 cm, using the suggested yarn doubled. The pattern can be easily used also for other tensions and for other yarns, as the stitch repeat is small.
Yardage: estimated 200 m of Spinni, 170 m Tvinni. 50 g of each will be plenty.
The pattern is available as a PDF file.
