Karkkipaita - Candy Sweater

Top-down colourwork yoke sweater in children’s size,
bust measurement 60cm. Quick and easy colourwork knit
with minimal finishing also for a beginner.

Yarn used:
Sandnes Garn Fritidsgarn 70m/50g per skein
100% norwegian wool
MC = yellow 3 skeins (125g)
CC1 = white 2 skeins (60g)
CC2 = pink 1 skein (10g)
CC3 = teal 1 skein (10g)

Needles:
40-60cm circular needles or longer if you use magic-loop method or DPNs for the sleeves:

• 6mm for yoke
• 5.5mm for body and sleeves
• 5mm for hem rib

Gauge 10cm x 10cm:
15 st /19 rows lightly blocked colourwork
(the row gauge is not that important)

Other:

• stitch marker
• darning needle
• stitch holder (e.g. leftover yarn, spare needle/cable)
