Karma Flow is an easy asymmetrical shawl, comma shaped, that can be made from scarf size to cloak size, with many different weights of yarn, so gauge is not important. It has been made with different sized needles, from #3/3.25mm to #9/5.5mm. The pattern includes instructions for two colours but it can be made of one yarn or many. It would be great out of scraps, so it could be a stash buster.

It is easy enough for a first ‘lace’ project and hold the interest of a more advanced knitter. Basic skills like yarn over and knit 2 together, and instructions for a garter tab cast on are included. It is written row by row with stitch counts for every other row, and also includes four different borders.

It varies in size depending on when you stop, and what size needle or yarn. I have personally knit it from 122-155 rows. If you check my Key Lime Blues there is more information as to the yardages I have used for the shawls I have knit. The largest number of yards was for a lace version I knit many years ago.
