Karmic Coasters are so hip and will bring you good luck, or at least temporary happiness. Who couldn’t have good karma with these delightful colors? I was inspired to create these by looking at crocheted mandalas, which are modeled after the temporary sand art of Bhuddist monks and Mayan calendar designs.

Made with soft #4 type worsted yarn. The pattern includes tons of step by step photos, but is intended for an intermediate crocheter. Also has written instructions with classic American English terms and abbreviations. Uses a size H/5.00mm hook. Make a set of coasters or potholders as a housewarming gift, or as a craft fair item (they are very popular sellers).
