These gloves are worked in the Estonian tradition of Roosimine and are knitted in the round from the cast-on to the fingertips. After the Scalloped Lace Cuff, Small Knitted Motifs are worked at the wrist. The remaining stitches of the gloves are worked in the Main Color, while the Contrast Colors are worked in Roosimine, an inlay technique. An Afterthought Thumb is worked in the palm of each hand. When the Hand Chart is completed, the stitches are divided for the fingers each of which is worked with Roosimine motifs.

There are charts of the cuff and motifs, and photos with descriptions of working the Roosimine technique as well as the German Twisted Cast-on. A schematic is shown as well as a book list for further reading and a list of abbreviations for the pattern.
