I love cowls! They are warm, easy to make and will not blow off my neck when biking or just taking a walk in my windy hometown.
This cowl is a deceptively simple knit, it looks more complicated than it is. An adventurous beginner can certainly pull this off and an experienced knitter can take this project to a knitting cafe. It is supposed to be worn wrapped twice loosely around your neck. It should be perfect on a chilly autumn day or in milder winter weather. If you wrap it three times instead you should be covered on even the coldest of winter days, but you might want to make it slightly longer so it doesn’t get to tight.
Do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions, comments or if you have found a mistake in my pattern.
Happy knitting!
