This cute little capelet or collar is a fun addition to any outfit or costume. Knit flat, from bottom to top, this pattern knits quickly and shapes easily.

Knitting Notes:

2. An i-cord is knit to use as a button loop, but a clasp or other closure would work well in its place. The dpns listed in the pattern are only used to create the i-cord.
