Rowan’s Cashmere Tweed yarn is lofty and light all on its own. When you add KidSilk Haze, you have a most wonderful fabric. After swatching and blocking the swatch, I was immediately impressed by how light the fabric felt. It doesn’t require complicated stitches to shine, just a bit of interest. I’ve chosen a traveling stitch pattern and twisted stitches to make this a complimentary capelet (or cowl) to my McClellan Pullover (and Daisetta Hat) pattern. My McClellan Pullover is also light and airy, and this hat has just a bit more heft, for warmth.
