During a recent holiday to Australia, I travelled from Sydney to Katoomba to walk in the Blue Mountains. I was inspired to design this hat after looking at the lovely slopes and shapes of the mountains.

The small needle size and the bulkiness of the yarn give a dense material providing the head with protection against the windchill which is perfect for walkers in cold and windy climates.
