This is a crochet pattern to make cute kawaii style bunnies. You can vary the sizes of your bunnies by simply changing your hook size and/or yarn weight.

?I recommend using acrylic yarn for this project. You can use any yarn weight you like, your chosen yarn weight and hook size will determine the size of your finished bunny.

I have made various sizes using Chunky (US Bulky) and Aran (US Worsted) weight yarns. Here are the approximate measurements of my bunnies for reference, from base to top of ears and the widest points of the head:

Chunky/Bulky weight yarn & 5mm hook:
7.5inches/19cm Tall x 4”/10cm Wide

Aran/Worsted weight yarn & 4.5mm hook:
6.5”/16cm Tall x 3”/7.5cm Wide

Aran/Worsted weight yarn & 4mm hook:
6”/15cm Tall x 2.5”/6.5cm Wide

You will need:
Acrylic yarn in your chosen weight - approx 100yds of any Body colour, 15yds of Pink, and a small amount of Black and White. Keep to the same yarn weight for each colour.
A crochet hook 0.5-1 size smaller than recommended for the yarn,
Toy Stuffing (polyester fibre filling),
Stitch marker,
Yarn needle,
Scissors,
Optional - Wire brush (pet slicker brush) for fluffing up the yarn.
