Fact: everything is cuter when you add a face to it. This isn’t your traditional crochet christmas wreath pattern, but it just might be the cutest! It can be used as decor (it would make a festive addition to a child’s bedroom door) or as a toy. There is a wire ring inside to help shape it but it is still very soft and squishy - perfect for snuggling!
MATERIALS:
Premier Just Chenille Yarn in Brown (Worsted #4)
Premier Pixie Dust Yarn in Green and Pink (Worsted #4)
Embroidery Needle
Polyfil Stuffing
Felt & Hot Glue (or safety eyes, or crochet eyes)
Wire Ring (Mine was 9”)
5 mm crochet hook
Note: Pixie Dust is discontinued. The Just Chenille is a good substitute.
Note: The pattern can easily be adjusted for a different size wire ring. Instructions are also given for making the wreath wider if desired.
SKILL LEVEL:
Intermediate (This pattern is not recommend for beginner crocheters. It will not teach you how to crochet. Not a great choice for your first time trying crochet amigurumi.)
