Keelback Mitts
These textured mitts are interesting to knit and fun to wear!
The unusual construction begins with a provisional cast-on for the cabled band, which is worked flat from end to end and then joined into a cuff with a three needle bind-off. Stitches are picked up from the bottom for the ribbing. Then stitches are picked up from the top of the cuff for the palm, and a thumb gusset and cable are worked simultaneously.
Available as a set with the matching hat here!
