This pullover is worked in the round from the top down. The yoke is knit first, followed by the sleeve separation, German short rows, then torso. The sleeves are completed last. The yoke round begins at the center back.
It may be helpful to pm between each colorwork repeat when working yoke chart.
If you tend to be a tight colorwork knitter, switch to needles 1 or 2 sizes larger to maintain gauge over the colorwork charts.
If you add length to the yoke or body, you will require additional MC yarn than what is listed for your size.
