This is a very quick and easy to knit earflap hat. The smaller sizes can be knit in an evening.

Young children will love the pom poms attached to the strings, but you can easily omit them if you would prefer it without.
It can be made for a boy or a girl.

Instructions are given for both knitting in the round AND knitting flat on two needles. Choose whichever is your preferred method.
