The socks are interesting but not overwhelming to knit. The structure of the sock is basic top down, but you could turn the pattern around and start from the toe.

The cuff pattern is stretchy and it has shaping built into it. It can be adjusted by by starting off with fewer stitches or by adding a few.
The length of the leg and foot are easily adjustable.

Yarn:
Fingering weight or 4-ply yarn in three colorways

Main color 90g/315m/350y
Contrast color 1 45g/160m/175y
Contrast color 2 10g/35m/38y

The yarn amounts are generous and there is enough for making a gauge swatch and for adding length to the sock.

Needles:
set of 5 dpns in size 2mm/US0
set of 5 dpns in size 2,25mm/US1
or in sizes that will give you the gauge for knitting in the round

darning needle for weaving in ends

Finished measurements:

Foot circumference 20cm/8” (to fit foot circumference of about 21-23cm/8-9”)
