KEMURI
煙 (Japanese) - smoke
The twists of these voluminous cables and hand dyed semi-solid color of the yarn reminded me of the smoke tendrils dance thus inspiring the name for this great accessory. This design has been developed with the utmost attention to every little detail. Started by using Tubular Cast method for 2x2 ribbing (optional), then continued ribbing while the cable is being formed simultaneously. Cables are incorporated throughout body of the hat as well as crown shaping. The pattern contains both - written and charted instructions, so you can knit the hat in a style of your preference.
