This is a pattern for Basil the cat, who measures 8 inches tall when completed. This pattern uses single crochet, and some double crochet, so is perfect for an advanced beginner or intermediate crocheter.

In addition to yarn and a hook, you will need:

• two animal eyes
• stuffing
• a tapestry needle.
