Pattern has been UPDATED on WordPress site.

I mistakenly added the type of yarn I used on Ravelry, but not the pattern site originally, but that has since been updated as well as how the pattern was designed.

I used Caron Simply Soft Party Yarn in Chocolate Sparkle for Kendra’s Messy Bun Hat. I only used most of one skein which was 164 yards in the skein.

In my pattern, I added a NOTE: that was for another increase round to increase the size of the hat from a SM/MD to a LG/XL.

Materials needed:

Bates 5.5 mm hook
needle to weave in ends
scissors
medium weight yarn

Additional note about photo: Kendra had her bun sideways on her head, hence her hat did not sit correctly on her head. It does sit correctly but is not shown in the photo. I just wanted to let you know. I will try and get another photo later. :)
