Kerchief from Fanø
The kerchief is worked in the round with a leaf pattern on the front and stripes on the back. When you wind the kerchief around your throat, both the front and the back will be visible.
The piece is 14cm high and 130cm around. It can be made wider or longer keeping in mind the pattern repeats and changes in yarn requirements. The piece is seamed - cast on to cast off edges - to finish.
Yarn requirements are 60g of main colour and 15g of six contrast colours. Colourwork is not specifically defined but suggestions are made for how to proceed including the number of rows to work in the striped side.
