The Key to the Heart Crop Top is the summer pattern of your dreams! It can be knit in any color and is best made with cotton yarn. Wear it to the beach, festivals, picnics, or exploring the outdoors.

Available in six sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL (all sized excepting XS have not been tested and are estimated based on gauge). Knitting difficulty is medium. Includes step by step instructions, helpful links to tutorial videos for less experienced knitters, and an option to customize length for a longer or shorter top. Model is wearing size XS.

Top is worked from the bottom up in the round, then worked flat in four sections. Straps are made and attached by crocheting a simple chain.

Required materials:

• 1-4 skeins (120-300 yds) any worsted weight cotton yarn
• 18”-24” circular knitting needles, US 5, 6, or 7 (3.75 - 4.5 mm)
• Crochet hook, size H (plus or minus a few sizes)
• Darning needle
• Scissors

Optional materials:

• Stitch markers (alternative: rubber bands or scrap yarn)
• Stitch holder (alternative: scrap yarn, inserted with a darning needle)
• Straight needles, same size (alternative: use circular needles to work flat)
