Any yarn can be used for this pattern. The general rule is to make sure the piece is 16” long by at least 7” wide before piecing together. If using another weight yarn, use needles that are two sizes smaller than what the gauge calls for. For instance, if your yarn calls for size 9 needles, use size 7.

This pattern is for an 8-colored rainbow design. if you’d like to use less stripes or one single color, simply adjust the rows.
