Keyholes Scarf
by Traci Verdin
I’ve had a big key on my desk for as long as I can remember. I often wonder what kind of door did it belong to? Did it lead to a Victorian rose garden? Maybe my key opened a strong oak door in an Irish castle? My key could have come from the Orient, and behind its gilded door lay an intricate pagoda. The possibilities are endless when you are using your imagination. Keyholes can represent new destinations and exciting experiences. Where will your Keyhole take you?
This pattern explores cables in double knitting. The cables end up looking almost like embroidery stitching and allow gentle curves to form in the design.
