This is a mini shawl for spies! Most of you probably haven’t even heard of this, but there was a LYS in Athens, selling the kind of gorgeous yarn that I like. They opened a couple of years ago and they closed unexpectedly a few weeks ago. It turns out the shop owner was a …Russian spy (no kidding!) I had one last skein remaining in my stash, purchased from them, a Malabrigo sock skein, to make this shawl.
I thought it would be fun to use a “top-secret” coded message for the pattern repeat.

Finished measurements: 30 cm from CO to BO and 94cm wingspan. Measurements taken after blocking.

1 skein – 365 Ursula

Needles: US 8 / 5 mm circular
