Inspired by a dear friend’s 3yr old who wanted a Santa hat. Although there are some patterns out there, I ended up making this one up specifically for him with a more gradual decrease in order to have a smoother transition from the rib border to the pom-pom at the top.

Inspiré par l’enfant d’un cher amie, qui voulait un chapeau de Père Noël. Bien qu’il existe quelques modèles, j’ai fini par créer celui-ci spécialement pour lui avec une diminution plus progressive afin d’avoir une transition plus douce tout le long, jusqu’au pompon.
