The Kids’ Crazy 8 Cable Cap is a companion to the Crazy 8 Cable Hat, Mitts and Cowl Set. The cap works well in a wool blend. The cables are worked with 5 stitches held to back, and 3 knit from the left. The cap is worked with rhythmic rib patterns, can be knit in a weekend or two, and makes a perfect gift or accessory. Directions are written for the Kids’ Crazy 8 Cable Cap. Sizes are determined by choice of yarn and needles. This may be considered an intermediate level pattern because knowledge of cable and stitch construction is helpful.
