These slippers are worked flat on straight needles, with short rows and picked up stitches. The horn details are knit in the round on Double Point needles.

This pattern is written in one size, Child’s 4 US. The foot base, toe to heel measures 4.5” (without stretch).

I use a small US#4 needle to create a sturdier fabric than usual for DK weight yarn. If you reduce the yarn weight and needle size you can make one size smaller slippers. The slipper has a fold over double layered ankle. It uses one EASY cable stitch to create texture. This pattern requires sewing the back seam of the slipper together and attaching the Dino details.

Cascade Yarn Colors may have altered since my purchase. But, Dinosaur colors have never been scientifically identified so any color DK weight yarn will do. I prefer a blend of Acrylic for durability and Superwash Merino for softness.
